During his tenure, he coached a variety of levels from Youth A through Tier 1 AAA and high school, during which time he coached for the Regency Ice Cats, Hershey Junior Bears, Philadelphia Little Flyers & Lampeter-Strasburg High School. In 2003, he founded, directed, and coached the Regency Ice Cats tournament teams until 2013 when he decided to pursue coaching collegiate hockey. In addition to coaching, Joe has also been a Level 3 USA Hockey official since 2003.
Joe strives to provide a culture for his college athletes to continue growing on the ice, while fostering a balance between school academics, competitive hockey, and college life.
