Coach Shirilla is a native of Landenberg, PA and attended Avon Grove high school. He graduated from New England College in New Hampshire after a successful NCAA D3 hockey career. Prior to NEC, Dan played Junior A hockey for the Whitby Fury of the Ontario Jr. Hockey League and the Philadelphia Jr. Flyers and the Washington Jr. Nationals of the Atlantic Jr. Hockey League. Dan currently resides in Wilmington and helps manage his family business.
