WE’RE HEADED TO NATIONALS!!!!
University of Delaware has qualified for their 5th and 4th straight ACHA Women’s Division 2 National Championships which take place Thursday through Sunday, March 7-10 at the Ashburn Ice House in Ashburn, Virginia; just outside of Washington, D.C. We’ll be there to compete against seven other top qualifying women’s club hockey teams from across the U.S.
We’ve done our part to get here but we’re not done yet. With the college club hockey’s ultimate prize now within our reach, we’re working hard and fine-tuning our game so we can make a run at a national title. We already have our preliminary round schedule. Our first three games will take place as follows:
Game 1 – Thursday March 7th:3:15pm Wisconsin-Stout vs. Delaware Ashburn West
Game 2 – Friday March 8th: 8:30am Alaska vs. Delaware Ashburn West
Game 3 – Friday March 8th: 5:45pm Delaware vs. Minnesota-Duluth Ashburn East
Semifinals will take place on Saturday with the Championship and Bronze Medal games on Sunday.
