The University of Delaware Blue Hens defeated the Liberty Flames 3-0 in the final game of their two game series on Saturday, October 25.
The floodgates opened up early in the third with a goal by sophomore Katrina Anderson followed by another tally by Anderson. With under 5 minuts left n the third period, sophomore Danielle Marten sniped the Flames goalie to close out the weekend. Freshman goalie Emily Becker tallied her first shutout of the season. Â The Hens take on Villanova University at the Fred Rust Arena next Sunday, November 2 at 3:00 p.m.
