1982-83 – Because of his accurate passing, “Valachi” is an extremely effective play-maker. He is a good skater with deceptive moves and overcomes his lack of size with his puck-handling prowess. Mike will be a key to this year’s offensive style; he skates fast and carries a big stick.
1983-84 – A swift skater with deceptive moves, the nattily-attired “Valacci” has been a key to the Hen’s penalty killing unit over the past two years. Mike’s stickhandling and play-making abilities could place him in the scoring race this year also.
1984-85 – Mike would like nothing more than to make a valuable contribution to the team in this his senior year. A small player, Mike has made up for his size by instilling a winning attitude upon himself and the team. Whether he is setting up goals or killing penalties, Mike will help carry the team a long way this year.
