9 Larry Kindbeiter

1989-90 – A former football player, Larry is a very strong checking defenseman. We can look for many bone-crunching checks from him this season.

1990-91 – Larry is a very strong checking defenseman. We can look for many bone-crushing checks from him this season. When the Hens see things getting rough or they feel the need for some of the rough stuff “Thug” will be the one they will call on to do the job.

1991-92 – Thug – The name says it all. Larry is tough as nails and mean. Many a person has been slow to get up after a Thug check, making him a favorite defense­man. Larry also adds to the Blue Hen intimidation factor with his style of play. Be sure to keep your eyes on our freight­rain as he bowls over opponents on the way to a successful year .

1992-93 – Larry brings back to the Hens· his great size and aggressive style of play. On defense Larry’s ability to take the body makes it hard for opponents to get the puck into the Hens net. Larry’s good attitude and dedication make him a vital part of the team. Larry will be serving as Alternate Captain this season.

1993-94 – Larry is a LARGE part of the defensive corps. He is as intense as they come, with a mean look and attitude. He is not satisfied until the Hens gain the “W”. His leadership and experience should help the younger players.
