Before UD: John attended Bethpage HS where he played 4 years with the varsity hockey team. Twice, his team captured the Supervisor’s Cup. He received the Golden Eagle Spirit Award in recognition of his outstanding spirit towards town athletics. He was also team captain of the Golden Eagles.
