1984-85 – Joel has the experience and talent to make a substantial contribution to the team this year. Joel comes to Delaware after playing Division I Hockey at the University of Maine.  Joel has strong hockey skills, and has an uncanny knack for putting the puck in the net.

1985-86 – Joel scores and defends equally well-he’s an all-around effective player. After starting off very well last year, Joel broke a bone in his leg midway through the season. Fortunately, he returned to the lineup and capped off his season being named to the 1st All Star Team at the Collegiate Club National Championships
