Athletic Trainer – Ryan DeWolf
Ryan is in his 2nd year as the Athletic Trainer for the UD Men’s D1 Hockey Team. Ryan graduated from Keene State College where he obtained his Bachelors Degree in Athletic Training. While at Keene State, he worked as a student Athletic Trainer with a variety of teams including major roles with Keene State College Men’s Lacrosse and Franklin Pierce University Ice Hockey. Ryan then furthered his education with a Masters Degree in Sports Medicine from the University of Pittsburgh. During his time in pittsburgh he worked a variety of roles as a Certified Athletic Trainer working with sports such as men’s and women’s rugby, girl and boys soccer and basketball, and elite youth hockey. He also worked as a Research Coordinator at the University of Pittsburgh Concussion Research Laboratory. He is currently beginning a staff job at UD as a Research Coordinator for the NCAA-DoD Concussion, assessment, research, and education project as well as an assistant athletic trainer. He is excited to be working with the UD Hockey Program and looks forward to a great season.
